Health and Safety Policy


Health and Safety is an integral part of our business and it is the policy of Haybucks Ltd to provide working conditions that are safe and healthy for all employees and at all times carry out our operations so that, as far as is reasonably practicable, the health safety and welfare or property concerned, will not be adversely affected, we employ an outside adviser Safewise uk who ensure  that we are constantly up to date with all the latest legislation regarding Health and Safety.

The requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all duties and obligations imposed by the Act and all other legislation which are applicable to the Company are to be complied with. This will include the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and the Construction Design Management Regulations 2015.

The Directors of the Company are responsible for the implementation of the Health and Safety Policy and employees and sub-contractors are responsible for adhering to all of the health and safety standards required.

Site supervision will ensure that the health and safety policy is implemented and will promote awareness of health and safety in all employees as an integral part of good management. In order to achieve this , adequate resources, information, and training will be provided and communication and consultation on health and safety matters will take place on a regular basis.

Risk assessments and any necessary method statements will be developed. These will be updated on a regular basis.

The aim is to continuously improve our health and safety performance. Such improvement will be measured by the monitoring of adherence to policies and procedures and our accident incidence rate.

Our health and safety adviser Safewise uk will be used to oversee our health and safety management system and will undertake an annual review of our Health and Safety Policy.
